• Naturally ventilated underground car parks
• Integration of a solar system 
• Heating by means of district heating

Our solution:

• Heating is effected via the Lauterach bio local heating network
• A solar plant is stationed on each block
• Heating of the living rooms is achieved via underfloor heating
