Quality and Environmental Management

Quality Policy

Our customers’ expectations and requirements determine the quality of our services. It is our business principle to fulfil the needs and expectations of our customers and to create a working environment that encourages all employees to continuously improve the quality of the work we do. We strive to constantly improve the quality of our work, especially when it comes to finishing work, commissioning, site handovers and documentation. We set the highest standards for occupational safety, cleanliness and order in all areas of the company. By means of qualified information, training and instruction we aim to further develop the quality and environmental awareness, that is to say the conscious thinking and acting of our employees with regard to quality, costs and the environment. By selecting suitable products and suppliers, we ensure the best possible quality of the goods we procure at optimal costs. Strict adherence to contracts and timelines is essential to demonstrate the reliability of the company and to win the trust of our customers. We are constantly looking to further improve our work preparation and the assembly processes we use.

Environmental Policy

We are reducing ecological burdens.
We carefully select the materials we use to ensure that they are manufactured in an environmentally friendly manner and are recyclable. Our installations and equipment should work in a way that is both economical and minimally harmful to the environment. Already during the planning stage of our installations we take the economic design, the reduction of fossil fuels and the use of renewable energies into account.

We promote training and the sharing of experiences among our employees in the areas of environmental protection that are relevant to us and by doing so we ensure that our employees are made ecologically aware and are familiar with the relevant regulations. 

We pursue open and transparent communication with our employees and we involve our customers and suppliers in the discussion with the aim of achieving continuous improvement in the environmental issues that are relevant to our business. We want to use the growing awareness of our employees and our partners to improve the relationship between ecology and economy.

Commitment

The EN ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards describe our company’s QEM system. This is unconditionally binding for all employees, and in particular for all those in managerial positions.
All divisions of our company are hereby commissioned to make their contribution towards the realisation of the quality and environmental policy as well as the implementation of the company philosophy relating to quality and the environment by compiling, developing and applying the process descriptions required for this purpose.
Each and every employee has the right as well as the obligation to insist that circumstances which in any way prevent a high degree of performance and compliance with environmental standards are eliminated.
