The goal:

• 72 apartments, divided into four blocks on 8,000 m² of land
• 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments as well as penthouses
• Each block is managed separately
• Naturally ventilated underground car parks
• Integration of a solar system and photovoltaics

Our solution:

• Each of the four blocks is heated by means of a gas boiler
• A solar system is installed on the roof in each block
• There is a home station in each apartment with which the hot water is generated directly in the home using a heat exchanger
• Heating of the homes is achieved via underfloor heating
• Thermal waste heat with a capacity of 68 kW is completely fed into the local heating network 
• Only two months installation time for all heating, ventilation, sanitary and compressed air installations

• 4 x 120 kW gas condensing boilers
• 65m² Solar system on each roof
