The goal:

• Sustainable heat supply for the production plant of i+R
• Extension of the production hall
• Energy from scrap wood generated on site
• Renovation of the hot-air heating system
• Renewal of the compressed air system

Our solution:

• The new office building with approx. 650 m² with concrete core cooling will be connected and upgraded with the existing hot-air heating system
• The new hall building with underground car park of approx. 1,600 m² will also be connected to the hot-air heating system
• Renewal of heating systems. New nominal output is 250 kW. The plant is fed with wood chips from the scrap wood on site 
• Renovation and optimisation of the hot-air heating system
• Renewal of the compressed air system for the entire production plant

The data:

• Biomass boiler with nominal heat output of 250 kW 
• Heating renovation for a new area of 2,250 m²
