Heating and cooling of the building by means of installed heating and cooling ceilings.

The goal:

• New office building on the premises of Rondo Ganahl AG
• Cooling of the office spaces 
• The new office building was connected to the central operating supply by means of a local area heating pipeline 

Our solution:

• Heating is supplied by means of underground local heating pipes from the steam plant
• Transfer takes place via a conversion station
• Cooling is supplied by river water from a nearby body of water

The data:

• Planning and delivery of the heating and cooling ceilings by our subsidiary Dualis AG
• Heat output approx. 110 kW
• Cooling load approx. 140 kW
