Our solution:

• Cooling and heating supply exclusively by means of a reversible heat pump system
• Energy source required to operate the heat pump via a geothermal probe system through 10 boreholes, each 150 m deep
• Free cooling operation of the geothermal probe system - in winter it serves as an energy source for heating, in summer as a direct cooling source
• A dry re-cooler is used for heat dissipation in cooling mode
• Static floor heating/floor cooling - a single system with dual use
• A mechanical ventilation system controls the aeration and ventilation
• Air volume control via variable volume flow rate regulators
• For the flexible office axes, the air volume can be² adapted to the existing workstations for an area of 60 - 70 m
• Heat recovery from the exhaust air using highly efficient rotary heat exchangers

The data:

• Heating and/or cooling capacity of approx. 115 kW
• Geothermal probe system with a total of 1,500 running metres
• Air quality measurement for the maximum CO₂concentration of 800 ppm
