Heat and cold emission via induction diffusers installed in the raised floor with primary air supply.

The goal:

• Building services should ensure that specified room air conditions of 22° to 26° C are maintained
• Heating and cooling operation guaranteed all year round
• The comfort limits for temperature, air velocity, CO₂content of the air must be observed

Our solution:

• Cooling and heating supply by means of a reversible heat pump system
• Free cooling operation with a groundwater system for direct cooling as well as for waste heat dissipation in chiller mode
• Dual use of the heat pump system in the transition period
• Heat and cold emission by means of floor induction units or floor fan coils along the facade in the raised floor
• Ventilation system with heating and cooling function
• 2 x ground water pumps
• max. evaporator capacity winter heating mode: 170 kW 
• Annual heating energy quantity: 300,000 kWh/a 
• Annual cooling energy quantity: 300,000 kWh/a 
• max. inlet temperature insurance 20° C 
• Total heating load approx. 200 kW
• Total cooling load approx. 180 kW
