The Intemann group of companies is headquartered in Lauterach and offers its customers heating, cooling and air-conditioning solutions that are geared for the future. We distinguish ourselves through our state-of-the-art installation technology for heating, sanitary and ventilation systems, piping and plant construction for industrial and commercial facilities as well as innovative power generation systems.

As a family business headed by the fourth generation, we know very well that young, motivated people are our future. As a result, we do a great deal for our approximately 100 employees, 12 of whom are apprentices, and offer training in a very exciting industry that will ensure you have a bright future ahead of you.

In our brand-new production and warehouse facility with its integrated training centre for apprentices, we will provide you with first-class training in three different apprentice trades. In this way we offer you the best opportunity for a successful apprenticeship.

We are truly proud of our new training centre for apprentices. After all, it enables us to offer you training in three different apprenticeship trades, making you a sought-after and highly qualified specialist. Our apprenticeship workshop is specifically designed to provide you with a sound training programme that offers many career options.

On top of that, we also provide you with a range of offers to further your individual training at our academy. Here you can attend specialist and language courses to prepare you for working abroad or acquire expert knowledge in areas such as communication, teamwork or conflict management. These are all things that will truly help you get ahead.

Our industry thrives on constant development. There is no standing still. This makes it exciting and ensures that you will always be kept on your toes. And to make things even more varied and interesting, we organise an annual apprentice camp where you and your colleagues can gain a lot of additional knowledge.
